How do I get started?

Begin by registering for a Free account, then start creating your books!

Where do I confirm my registration?

You will receive an email from Story Playground at the email address that you specified during registration. Either click the link in the email, or copy the link and paste it in your favorite browser. This should complete the registration process!

I have not received an email confirmation. Where is it?

Sometimes email providers will block emails or send them to Junk Mail. Check your Junk Mail for an email from Story Playground. You can also add no-reply@storyplayground.com to your "safe list" to help make it more likely to receive the confirmation email.

I'm STILL not getting an email confirmation. What do I do?

If you still have not received an email after adding no-reply@storyplayground.com to your safe list, you can try registering again, or send us an email at feedback@storyplayground.com and we will help you get registered.

I have noticed as I go from Chrome to Internet Explorer, the text is drawn differently on the page. What's going on?

I noticed you don't have a certain technology that I would REALLY like Story Playground to use. Why aren't you using it?
